Each company is intended to have professional leadership, including roles such as CEO, CFO and COO. Leaders run their companies and are responsible for results, while ownership remains with BAK Capitals.

BAK stands for the initials of the founder's family. The name was chosen with a simple ambition: to create a legacy that can last for generations.
BAK Capitals begins in Chitwan, the founder's home and birthplace. The initial vision is not to be limited to a single business, but to build self-sufficient companies that can support each other while allowing disciplined investment across sectors.
We begin with Engineering and IT and intend to use early success to build capital for further expansion.
